Western NY to rise again with water

As clean drinking water becomes scarcer, Western NY state will become increasingly desirable. Clean drinking water is the new oil of this century and WNY has plenty of it. Its all around us - in the deep pristine Finger Lakes and in the enormous Great Lakes.

The best part about this resource is that its easy to get. There is no drilling, reverse osmosis of waste water, no collecting rain off the roof. Its abundant and its year round.

Areas of the country that have enjoyed growth such a Las Vegas, Arizona and Florida, are not sustainable. They pump water from the aquifers at alarming rates and when those run dry these areas will be done. People will leave in droves.

Many will return to WNY, because we got the water. And we got lots of food too, because we still grow it. So Western New Yorkers, brace yourself for the next boom. Its coming this decade. In the meantime lets keep our precious water sources clean, many Americans are going to want it.
