Recipe for delicious Pumpkin Cheesecake

From an old Gourmet Magazine.  Its a real crowd pleaser.  I finally scanned it when I misplaced it.  As you can see its well used.

 

tips - Use a flat cup to form crust.  Cream cheese works easier when its at room temp.  Leave out of frig for about 2 hours.
